Each person works from My time: start a timer, add time by hand, or log with natural language (for example, “2.5h on Acme homepage yesterday, billable”) and review how it was read before it’s saved. If you connect a calendar, meetings appear as calendar suggestions; nothing is logged until you confirm it.
Weekly timesheets and approval
At the end of the week, each person reviews, completes and submits their weekly timesheet. Managers approve or reject it from Team & approvals, with a reason when they reject. Approved billable time is what flows into invoices.
Capacity schedules set each person’s available hours, with dated exceptions for leave and holidays, so utilisation reports reflect real availability. For definitions and formulas, see billable hours and utilisation.
