THE SOURCE

Begin with what’s agreed.

“Redesign the company website using the existing brand identity. The client will provide brand assets and final website content.”

AI can help turn the agreement into a starting plan. Your team checks what is needed before sharing requests.

FROM AGREED TO UNDERWAY

A better handoff.
At every step.

01

Start with what was agreed.

Use the proposal or statement of work to prepare the onboarding plan. AI-assisted extraction gives your team a starting point for the requests and information the engagement needs. Check the source, correct assumptions and edit the plan before asking your client to act.

02

Ask with a purpose.

Collect the answers, files and access confirmations needed for the work. Give each request clear instructions, an owner and a deadline. Ask clients to grant access in the original service rather than send passwords or recovery codes through a form.

03

Review readiness before kickoff.

A response is not always a usable response. Review submitted information and resolve missing prerequisites before handing over to delivery. Make blockers visible so the team can distinguish an optional reference from an asset that prevents work starting.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

Talk to us
Can we edit the onboarding plan?

Yes. Treat the generated plan as a draft. Review the requests, instructions and responsibilities against the agreement before sharing them with your client.

Is this employee onboarding software?

No. This workflow is for onboarding external clients into an agency or professional-services engagement. It does not replace HR onboarding or employee training software.

Can we start with a checklist?

Yes. The free onboarding questionnaire includes a kickoff checklist you can adapt to your service. Use it to decide which information belongs in your first client request.
