PROFITABILITY

Which work pays?
Now you know.

Profitability by project or client: the value of time logged, what’s invoiced and collected, expenses, labour cost, profit and effective rate.

Profitability reports are on every plan, for people who can view the team.

What the report shows

The profitability report brings together tracked time, invoices, payments and expenses for each project or client. That gives project profitability and client profitability in one table.

ColumnMeaning

Getting accurate numbers

Labour cost depends on cost rates. Hours without a cost rate are listed per person with a link to set one in billing rates, so gaps are visible rather than hidden. Amounts are reported per currency.
