Angelwood offers Outlook and Google Calendar sync through each provider’s own sign-in, and you can connect more than one account. Apple Calendar (iCloud) connects with your Apple ID and an app-specific password, never your Apple ID password, and any other calendar can be added as a calendar subscription (ICS) link. Access is read-only, and you choose which calendars to track.
The Schedule page shows your week across every connected calendar and your scheduled tasks, tagged with the client where Angelwood can tell. Double booking across two clients is flagged; dismiss a flag if it’s fine.
Team schedules that respect privacy
People who can view the team can open a teammate’s schedule. By default they see busy blocks tagged with the client only, not titles, attendees or descriptions. Each person can choose to share full event details. Meetings can also become time entries through calendar suggestions.
