Due date: –
| Terms | Due |
|---|---|
| Due on receipt | The invoice date |
| Net 7 / 14 / 30 / 60 / 90 | That many calendar days after the invoice date |
| End of month (EOM) | The last day of the invoice month |
| 30 days EOM | 30 days after the end of the invoice month |
Calendar days include weekends and bank holidays. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Angelwood or saved on a server.
An invoice dated 31 January 2026 on Net 30 terms is due on 2 March 2026. On 30 days EOM terms it would be due 30 days after 31 January, on 2 March as well; dated 10 February, Net 30 gives 12 March but 30 days EOM gives 30 March.
Send a friendly reminder on the due date and a firmer one a week later. The client follow-up email templates include invoice reminders you can copy.
