CLIENT PORTAL

One login for your client.
Everything in one place.

A branded client login portal where clients read reviewed updates, approve work, upload files and pay invoices, with permissions you control.

Client portals are on every plan. Brand colours need Growth; custom domains need Agency.

What the client portal does

Each client gets a client login portal: a private space with its own link where they see what your team has shared and respond to what you need. Clients sign in by invitation, so only the people you invite can see the portal.

In the portalWhat clients can do
UpdatesRead reviewed project updates and ask questions underneath them.
Approvals and DecisionsApprove or reject work, and raise or follow decisions.
Forms and AssetsComplete forms, upload files and download what you share.
Invoices, Estimates, Proposals and AgreementsReview and pay invoices, accept estimates and sign agreements.

You decide what each client contact can do. The Billing, Approvals, Comments and Forms permissions are set per person, so a finance contact can pay invoices without approving creative work.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Questions about this feature.

Talk to us
Do clients need an Angelwood account?

Clients sign in to their own portal through the invitation you send. They don’t need a paid account or access to your team’s workspace.

Can different client contacts see different things?

Yes. Permissions are set per person. For example, give a finance contact billing access to view and pay invoices, and give the project lead approval rights.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom domains and white-label are on the Agency plan. Brand colours and a logo are available from the Growth plan.

Can I remove a client’s access?

Yes. On the portal’s Clients tab you can suspend or remove a client contact, and reactivate them later.
