CLIENT APPROVALS

Ask for sign-off.
Keep the record.

Send updates, milestones, assets, estimates and decisions for client approval, and keep a decision log both sides can see.

Approvals and decisions are on every plan. Multiple approval steps need the Agency plan.

Approvals

Angelwood’s approval workflow lets you ask the right client contact to approve a specific item: an update, a milestone, an asset, an estimate or a decision. You set the approvers in order, and each approver approves or rejects in their portal with an optional comment. Every response is kept in the approval history.

Only client contacts with approval permission see the Approvals page in the portal, so sign-off comes from the people who are allowed to give it.

The decision log

Each portal has a decision log (the Decisions tab, also called a decision register). Record a decision that’s needed or already made, with context, impact and a due date. Clients can raise decisions from their side too, so open questions don’t get lost in email.

Read more about running sign-off in our guide to the client approval workflow.
