CADENCES AND CLIENT FOLLOW-UP

Never miss an update.
Know who to chase.

Set an update cadence for each client and Angelwood reminds your team when it’s time to draft, approve or send. Portal activity shows who still needs a follow-up.

Starter includes one scheduled cadence; Growth and Agency include more.

Cadences keep updates on schedule

Each portal can have an update cadence: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or manual. When an update is due, Angelwood reminds the team in three stages: time to draft, review and approve the draft, then send it. The portal shows a banner when an update is ready to send.

Portal activity shows who needs a follow-up

The portal’s Clients tab shows each contact’s status, including who hasn’t viewed the portal yet, and the Overview shows recent activity. That tells you the difference between a client who hasn’t seen an update and one who has seen it and is stuck, so your client follow up can be specific.
