The proposal builder gives you four ways to start: a blank proposal, a template from your library, an existing estimate, or a customer brief you drop in for AI to draft from. Sections cover the project overview, deliverables, pricing, assumptions and terms, and you can preview the proposal on desktop and mobile before it goes out.
Set how the AI writes under Settings › Proposal AI, where guidance profiles keep tone and terms consistent across your team.
Send, track and sign
Send by email and link to one or more recipients, in any order or one at a time. Add a password and an expiry date if you need them. Proposal tracking shows delivery, views and signature progress in the proposal’s activity, and a teammate can countersign once the client has signed.
Clients sign online with electronic acceptance, and signed agreements appear in their portal’s Agreements area. For a fuller overview, see proposal software.
