PROPOSAL SOFTWARE

Proposal software
with signatures built in.

Create proposals from templates, see when clients open them and collect signatures without separate e-signature software. Then start onboarding from what was agreed.

How proposals work in Angelwood

  1. Start from a template or an existing document. Reuse your proposal structure, or upload an agreement you already have (PDF or Word), and edit it before sending.
  2. Send it by link to one or more recipients.
  3. Follow engagement. See deliveries, views, time spent, downloads and signature events for each recipient.
  4. Answer questions in context. Clients can comment on the proposal.
  5. Collect the signature. Clients accept, decline or sign online, and your team can countersign. Clients find everything awaiting their signature in the agreements area of their portal.

Once a proposal is signed, use it to prepare the onboarding plan your team reviews before asking the client to act.

E-signatures without another tool

Proposals include e-signatures, so you don’t need separate e-signature software for client proposals. Electronic signatures are widely used for commercial agreements, but the rules vary by country and document type; check with your lawyer for anything unusual.

Estimates

For smaller pieces of work, send an estimate instead. Clients can open it from a link, comment, download a PDF and accept or decline it.

How to write a project proposal

  • Lead with the client’s problem and the outcome they want, in their words.
  • Define the scope and deliverables precisely. Our statement of work template shows the level of detail that prevents disputes.
  • Say what’s excluded and what the client needs to provide.
  • Set out the timeline, approvals and fees.
  • Make it easy to say yes, with a clear next step and a signature in the same place.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

Talk to us
Can clients sign proposals online?

Yes. Clients can accept, decline or sign proposals from a link, and your team can countersign.

What’s the difference between a proposal and an estimate?

A proposal sets out the approach, scope and terms for a piece of work. An estimate is a shorter price for defined work that the client accepts or declines.

Do I need DocuSign as well?

Not for proposals sent from Angelwood. If you need e-signatures on other documents, keep your existing e-signature tool for those.
